A 30"x48" gallery wrapped acrylic painting

A contemporary abstract representation of the appearance of my Metis family. Our appearances vary greatly yet we are all still perfectly Metis. The background is the representation of the variation of skin tones or colours within the Metis. I always wanted my mother's beautiful brown skin tone.
